EPAM Systems, INC seeks a Senior Manager, People Analytics in Newtown, PA 18940.Minimum requirements for the position are:3 years of employment experience in the job offered (Senior Manager, People Analytics), Associate Manager, People Analytics, Manager, People Programs, FP&A Team Leader, Lead Analyst, Data Analyst, HR Specialist, Lead People Analytics Specialist, or closely related occupation.In the alternative employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Management, Communications, Human Resources, International Relations and Management, or closely related discipline; plus 2 years of employment experience in the job offered (Senior Manager, People Analytics), Associate Manager, People Analytics, Manager, People Programs, FP&A Team Leader, Lead Analyst, Data Analyst, HR Specialist, Lead People Analytics Specialist, or closely related occupation.Duties:

Build People Science & Analytics (PS&A) ecosystem by creating reports, dashboards, analytics, and projects around people data to develop data-driven decision-making in the company.

Create and deliver business value, focusing on people-related business problems and driving high-quality business decisions through data discovery, interpretation, visualization, storytelling of meaningful patterns in data, and the interconnection of data from different domains.

Team professional development: evaluating the team's skill level; creating professional development plans; and assisting in their achievement.

Team performance management: collecting feedback, monitoring skill development progress, making decisions about promotions based on performance, development plans, and other factors, and creating improvement plans in cases of insufficient performance.

Team retention and dismissal: detecting potential risks of leaving, identifying unsatisfactory areas, creating, and implementing a retention plan, initiating the process of dismissal.

Gather and analyze HR and organizational data into actionable employment insights and solutions/decisions.

Enabling and promoting data-driven decision-making within the company.

Continuous integration of company people management areas into People Analytics.

Establishing a common analytics strategy within Global People Analytics and extending it to other analytical teams within the organization.

Improving and expanding partnerships with the C-level management, People Management function, etc.

Consulting and influencing decisions based on people analytics insights.
