Senior Programmer

Define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new software applications in support of the achievement of business requirements. This includes writing, coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications. The Senior Programmer/Analyst will also research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the production life cycle. This individual will also provide mentoring, support and guidance to the Programmer/Analyst’s role.Design and develop computer applications to meet business needsPerform extensive internal testing prior to initiation of user acceptance testingComplete successful user acceptance test with end-users prior to program rolloutEnsure that all projects are completed within agreed upon timelinesDevelop and maintain end-user documentationAnalyze and troubleshoot existing computer systems to identify problems with performance or user satisfactionEstablish and maintain relationships with end-users to understand their needs and provide them with quality serviceTravel to remote offices as requiredPerform other duties as assigned by manager
