Senior Project Manager

Description:seeking a consultant to hit the ground running with their years of experience in a similar role. Looking to be the 'go to person' to help run the office/ projects they have. Will be pushing projects forward, making sure their time is being used wisely, emails are responded to. Think of this person as an 'air traffic controller' helping the projects and office run smoothly. Occasionally will be in the field mentoring the JR staff.· Will be responsible for managing projects, timelines, and making sure work gets delegated and completed. Will be responsible for managing more inexperiencced staff as well. · Work with other CAD Team Members, Project Managers, and Project Engineers to understand scope of work, schedule, and budget.Must haves-· A minimum of an Associates Degree in Engineering Technology, Computer-Aided Design, or a related field.· Proficiency with AutoCAD & Civil 3D· Must understand terminology like grading, slope, steep slope, municipal codes. MUST HAVE LAND DEVELOPMENT HANDS ON EXPEREINCE Civil land development, Residential, commercial, industrial and must be comfortable with Civil 3D.Skills:Project management, Engineering, Autocad, land developmentAdditional Skills & Qualifications:many of their projects are being done in Berks, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, Philly.
