Job Summary:The Senior Telecommunications Engineer will design, implement and administer global telecommunications systems across the Water Quality Group of companies within Danaher. You are a key resource in supporting business goals through continual improvement projects to increase productivity and reduce cost.You'll get exposure not just to one company, but several! We're looking for a teammate who has experience with Cisco Call Manager & Cisco Contact Center who can help us further standardize our telecommunications structure and build the best in class service to our organization.You'll get to work with people around the global as we all work together to Ensure Water Quality for People Around the world!Responsibilities:Drives for ResultsPartner with Water Quality businesses to understand and support their goals through innovative solutions.

Strong desire to exceed our customer’s expectations every day through detailed action plans, organizational change and customer service.

Charts the Course (Process Improvement)Develop and maintain telecommunications policies, procedures, and standard work.

Develop and maintain 3-year roadmap of telecommunications technologies.

Develop and maintain KPI and daily management metrics.

Develop and maintain action plans and project schedules.

Relationships and InfluenceGather, organize, process, and communicate data, including reports, metrics, and documentation.

Provide guidance to team members and perform limited supervisory duties, as required.

Work with vendors and carriers to handle services and maintain costs.

Other projects, duties, and responsibilities, as required.

Qualifications:The ideal candidate is a dedicated professional who can foster innovation and deliver results.Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise Specialist certification or at least 3 years’ experience supporting and managing a global Cisco PCCE environment.

Cisco Certified Network Professional or at least 1 year of related experience supporting and configuring SIP, CUBE, and related technologies.

Experience supporting and managing Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Unity.

Experience using SQL database queries to troubleshoot Cisco CUCM and PCCE preferred.

Experience with Upstream Works for Finesse preferred.

Experience with call reporting, Contact Center reporting and Calabrio call recording preferred.

Experience with Microsoft 365 Business Voice an asset.

Ability to travel globally up to 10% of the time.

The salary range for this role in Colorado is $80K - 1$10K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado.
