Senior Web Analytics Project Manager

A Technology Services client of ours is looking for a Senior Web Analytics Project Manager to work onsite in Philadelphia, PA (Remote Option not possible). Below are all the required details of this role -

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience delivering analytics and insights for digital and ecommerce programs
• Experience with Web Analytics tools such as Adobe, WebTrends, Google, Doubleclick, Atlas, Sizmek, Flashtalking, etc
• Experience with eCommerce/Digital, including personalization, A/B & multivariate testing, responsive web design and native mobile applications (iOS, Android)
• Experience with use and/or implementation of testing tools such as SiteSpec, Adobe Target, Optimizely, etc
• Experience with 3rd party advertising tools, re-marketing tools and data management platforms
• Experience leading direct and cross-functional matrix teams
• Proficient in ad server targeting methods
• Proficient in digital/CX analytics and technical expertise - liaison between publishers, media buying agencies and IT among others
• Familiarity with different online advertising pricing structures (CPC, CPM, CPA, etc.).
• Familiarity with metrics and optimization methods associated with channels such as display, video, search, email, website, social, etc

• Master’s degree.
• Demonstrated communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment,
• Demonstrated project management skills leading cross-functional, multi-market teams.
• Ability to drive complex enterprise wide change initiatives with executive level stakeholders.
