You will be responsible for leading enterprise SEO programs while providing strong cross-functional contribution. As Director will manage staffing, revenue projections, and process development for assigned clients and will report to the GVP, SEO Account Director.Internal: Operations, Tactics and Strategy

You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to internal process and drives best practices across the brands/client

You will set priorities for SEO department and clients and oversee team's progress

You will draw insights from program results and market conditions and ensure the dialogue with the client and internal team are informed of the strategic implications

You will have an expert understanding how category and the competitive conditions impact our clients

You will manage the execution of multiple SEO campaigns ensuring strongest possible results for the client while maintaining a healthy margin for the agency

Client Relationship

You will own the client and procurement relationship on assigned brands

You will work closely with the client and procurement to identify areas of improvement in process and efficiencies

You will develop and maintains a strong relationship with clients as day-to-day contact as well as serve as the main point of contact for vendor relationships

You will be responsible for client renewal & growth

Qualifications

5+ years of agency experience in the SEO or multi-platform space

Proficient understanding of digital landscape and agency capabilities

Advanced understanding of client category landscape and market factors

Advanced understanding of holistic approach to search Advanced understanding of consumer behavior and targeting/ segmentation analysis tools

Expert project management skills, process development, & integration experience

Advanced knowledge of all media categories (Planning, SEM, Media, Technology, etc)
