Our client in the King of Prussia, PA area is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team. This is a 3+ month contract role with the likelihood for extension.Position Description:- Answer calls and provide IT support to internal and external users, escalate when needed
- Basic troubleshooting - resetting passwords, adding printers, unlock accounts, connectivity issues
Required Skills:- 2+ years of tech support/call center environment providing end-user support
- Microsoft Windows, Office (Word Power Point, Excel) and Outlook experience
- Ability to handle high volume and difficult scenarios in a professional manner
- Ability to quickly learn new computer technology
- MyChart, ServiceNow, Active Director experience
Bonus Skills:- Experience in health care IT environment
