• Design and Implement ServiceNow automation solutions.
• Provide key input to Architecture and Stakeholder for design decisions.
• Ability to innovate/automate independently with minimal direction but actively participates in planning, presentations, team discussions.
• Expert in ServiceNow Modules/Automation/Orchestration.
• Creates prototypes and presents to large audience.
• Documents and Creates User Guides for implementations.
• Develops Code.
• Create and Enhance ServiceNow Service Catalog/Reports/Request Management Dashboards for Programs/Projects
• Maintain/Modify Service Catalog items for Programs projects (Org, Internal, External, Onboarding, Credential Management, Certificate Management, Vulnerability Management, SIR Module).
• Create/Define/Modify APIs, Scopes, store in CMDB.
• Configure Modify Flow/Designer for automation within the Service Catalog
• Configuration Management Updates.
• Deliver/Maintain AWS Lamba Integrations via Integration Hub/Spoke to automate the management of functions and aliases for AWS Lambda,
• Setup and configuration of ServiceNow applications, modules, and features to achieve the Business Requirements for company's Security Services Leverage out-of-box (OOB) standard configurations as much as possible.
• If customizations are needed, identify requirements, make recommendations, and deliver engineered solutions.
• Experience with Identify Management and Credentials.
• Python/PowerShell/AWS/Dynamo DB experience.
• Coaches and develops others.
