Adapt and set-up local communication plan, including memos, email, and verbal.

Manage on site communication to both hourly associates and management.

Mobilize site management and administrative team to become change agents.

Perform the change diagnostic at site level (change survey, stakeholders mapping, change process map and project plan)

Secure remediation of major process & organizational changes through workshops and other avenues.

Organize training plan and organization for site managers & end users.

Track progress of training & mitigation actions.

Support Go-live change activities including on the fly training, on going documentation, and continuous improvement.

Ensure return on experience captured & lesson learned feedback.

Key skills & competencies:

Fluent English, with Spanish fluency preferred

Agile mindset and openness for change

Ideally, with previous project & change management experience

Leadership competency and communication skills to varying audiences (from shift start up announcements to weekly presentations to corporate executives)

Educational mindset, with willingness to meet learning needs of different populations

“Make it happen” & collaborative mindset

Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams)

Knowledge of Warehouse activity or Supply Chain nice to have
