The Site Lead oversees the management of the day-to-day real estate portfolio operation and employee experience and recommends, plans, and provides analysis and input to senior management on the design, maintenance, construction, renovation, and repair of organization facilities within assigned portfolio. We are seeking a highly service- oriented professional with strong relationship management skills.The Site Lead:

Manages the onsite service provider scope of work related to all hard and soft services. Oversees supplier governance and performance management activities. Monitors the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas.

Manages KPI targets/performance objectives for the site(s) and drives performance, cost savings, and operational improvement initiatives. Develops and oversees the portfolio budget in partnership with the service provider.

Maintains effective communications and provides regular updates to stakeholders, including leaders, team members and senior level management.

Monitors various facility systems through the building automation system and oversees the execution of the preventative and reactive maintenance programs.

Represents the interests of operations in the programming process for large and small capital projects.

Responsible for collaborating with multiple internal and external business partners to support both client and GWx objectives.

Oversees and continuously improves upon customer support best practices. Focuses on delivering an exceptional workplace experience for crew and contractors

Models and instills a culture of diversity and inclusion by taking initiative to actively identify and address concerns and issues of all team members Identifies and executes key strategic initiatives to drive efficiencies and improve quality.

Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Tracks industry and application trends to contribute to planning current and future real estate solutions.

Available to triage emergencies, including afterhours.

What it takes:

8-10 years related work experience, with at least 5 years of real estate or facilities management experience.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.

Preferred skill Set:

FMP designation preferred.

Green LEED certification preferred.

Familiarity with facility software systems including maintenance management systems (CMMS, Planon), building automation systems (BAS, Distech), fire alarm systems (Siemens)

Knowledge of building systems and equipment

Experience in customer support or customer service roles

Excellent communication skills, decision-making skills, facilitation skills, analytical skills

Third party vendor management experience

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Ability to work in a matrixed leadership role

Works well in stressful situations and applies solid decision-making skills.

Strong track record of reliability and service

Flexibility and willingness to work in a 24x7 operation environment if needed, but also with relief and back up
