What We're Looking For:

5+ years of construction experience (modular home building experience is a plus!).

Stable job history Must have been with your previous employer for at least 3 years.

Committed work ethic Consistent in staying with one job!

Willing to learn to approach tasks in a customized fashion.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow blueprints and building specifications.

Responsibilities: -They vary by individual position.

Measure and mark surfaces to lay out work, according to engineered drawings, using a tape measure, straightedges or squares, and marking devices.

Ability to endure Heights.

Read and interpret blueprints to accurately execute construction plans.

Collaborate with team members on-site to ensure timely project completion.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.

Forklift certification and use.

Comfortable with climbing and standing on Ladders.

Requirements:

Must take & pass a MeasurementTest(1/16th scale) beforeinterviewing.

Required to have some Commercial experience as a Construction Professional.

Background and drug tests are required for review of eligibility, allpre-screeningis performed atno costto the applicant.

Safety gear is provided.

Be able to Pass a Work Fitness Evaluation, that will be scheduled Post-Interview.
