Skilled tradesperson-full or part time

GC looking to add full or part time well-rounded tradesperson for (mainly) exterior tasks. Some interior mud & paint but mainly a variety of typical exterior work; soffit/fascia, painting, decking etc. Flexible hours. Applicants must have basic tools & transportation.
