If you're looking for short-term contract / contract / temporary work as a Software Developer, this opportunity for a talented and detail oriented candidate in the Wayne, Pennsylvania area could be perfect for you. If you can be responsible for implementing new features, maintaining existing code, and refactoring existing code across a breadth of products used both internally and externally at the company, you will be successful at this position. Applicants should have a growth mindset and the ability to work both independently and with a team.Your responsibilities- This is the perfect job for you if you want work where you will maintain and develop new features to internal and external facing software to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues on various operating systems- Arrange and supply production support- Ensure clear and consistent interaction around solutions and time estimate to client-facing program management teams- Assist with Scrum team to display right work estimates- Constantly carry out code-review and cooperate with other developers Requirements - Less than one year of experience preferred - Experience with at least one framework/library, e.g. Vue.js, Polymer, Angular.js, React.js, Ractive.js, Knockout.js, Ember.js, Bootstrap, etc. - You'll be a good fit for this position if you have familiarity with full-stack development (front-end, to middle/application tier, to database) - If you have knowledge of education standards such as QTI/APIP, SIF, AIF, you will be strongly preferred- Comprehensive knowledge of ASP.NET- Microsoft SQL Server experience preferred- C# experience required- Proficiency in MVC Framework - This position will be the best fit for a candidate with experience with software development life cycles, e.g. Agile, Big Bang, Spiral, Waterfall, etc. - This position will be the best fit for a candidate with familiarity with scrum - You might be a good fit for this position if you can write clean, standardized code that performs optimally in highly concurrent environments- Experience crafting, documenting and testing APIs Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
