Solutions Architect job is available for our client, a well-known Global Investment Bank. Candidates must be located in the

Philadelphia, PA area for this

Full-Time and

Hybrid role in their Asset Management group. The role is responsible for working on a variety of new and existing projects, interfacing with the business and development teams on the design, review and delivery of solutions. The candidate they are looking for has progressed their career from a hands-on development background to a role designing solutions and architecture involving multiple large-scale and high-profile projects.

THE DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design and architect solutions supporting the Asset Management business and associated technology strategies and collaborate with colleagues across the client's many locations, participating in global transformation programs.
  • Responsibilities include working with a global team to review and align design approaches and ensure the quality of solutions.
  • Provide leadership to build the team's design capabilities through formal and informal channels along with being responsible for the implementation and delivery of the group's global solutions.
  • In this role, you will engage with multiple technical and business stakeholders.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for driving and implementing data and cyber security initiatives.

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB:
  • 7+ years of solution designing/architecting related experience with a passion for creating great solutions along with critical thinking and ability to look at problem from different angles
  • At least 3-5 years of experience designing medium to large sized applications, preferably in

    AWS cloud and/or container environment.
  • Your background includes experience with

    Java/Python application development,

    RDBMS database engines such as Oracle, MSSQL or PostgreSQL

    and CI / CD tools.
  • A team player mindset and a confident communicator.
  • Candidates with Asset Management knowledge would be highly preferred, but the client is open to candidates from other investment banking areas.

Salary Range: Salary range: $160,000 - $185,0000
