Job Description

We are hiring for a position with our Special Sales Team in our Books division. Reporting into the Special Sales Manager, you will work with account representatives, sales lead administrators, customer service and marketing. You will be a team player who will support the current special sales business, and participating in other special projects. This position is remote with preference to candidates who are close to the Philadelphia, NYC or Boca Raton office(s).

What you’ll be doing:

  • Administering Special Sales email box, responding to customer queries, preparing quotes and working with Customer Service on order fulfillments
  • Managing sales leads, entering data into SFDC, liaising with appropriate sales rep, tracking results, and running reports
  • Assisting Account Reps with transmitting, troubleshooting, and tracking orders
  • Supporting eBook sales fulfillment, working with Vital Source, Redshelf and other aggregators
  • Partnering with Customer Service for resolving issues
  • Coordinating sending out print and digital review copies with Customer Service
  • Assisting the Special Sales Manager with creating detailed, data-driven reports using Salesforce
  • Working on Special Projects such as but not limited to assisting in ongoing initiative to drive Inclusive Access sales in HE market
  • Coordinating regular team meetings and follow-up

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales or marketing support experience
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work interpedently
  • Organizational skills
  • Working knowledge on Microsoft Suite
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce
