Provide support to the Employee Relations team in all related functions risk management of to ensure compliance with company policy and applicable labor regulations.    Demonstrates and promotes the company visionRegular attendance and punctualityProvide employee relation assistance and company policy guidance for employment-related inquiries from employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.Research federal and state-specific regulations, educate HR team.  Follow all new regulations as they are passed, research, summarize and create programs to ensure complianceSupport integration of tasks of newly acquired businesses, including title mapping and preparing offer letters/welcome lettersProvide administrative support for ADA processMaintain and prepare documentation for severance activity including but not limited to; notification letter preparation, severance agreement preparation, and sending severance agreements to employeesMaintains confidential records and insures compliance with confidential documents and information.Provide reports as requestedConducts all activities in a safe and efficient mannerPerforms other duties as assigned
