Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is searching for a full time Specialist, Information System Security II (SISS2) to work in the Philadelphia Navy Yard.

Job Responsibilities:Provide DoD/Department of the Navy (DoN) Risk Management Framework (RMF) process services for supported systems and subsystems. Specific duties include:
  • RMF Continuous Monitoring support
    • Risk management and security engineering including IAVM support, remediation, patching, scanning and associated boundary maintenance
    • Develop required documentation for the eMASS process – POA&Ms, RARS, DISA STIGs – using MS tools (MS Office, Visio, eMASS STIG Viewer, ACAS)
    • Develop and execute test procures to verify control compliance
    • Document residual risks in eMASS
    • Maintain scan, residual risk plans in VRAM
    • Create and verify the accuracy of POA&Ms/RARs
  • Computer System Administration & Configuration Support
    • Maintain Windows system configurations in compliance with applicable security controls
    • Develop and enhance Operating Procedures, Process Guides, User Agreements, and system-level RMF Control Family Plans and Procedures specific to operating system configuration settings
    • Provide expert subject matter knowledge for Windows 10, Windows 7, and Windows XP

Required Education, Clearance, Skills, and Experience:
  • 5+ years of practical experience in a Cybersecurity, Engineering, Security Test and Evaluation (T&E) or Assessment and Authorization (A&A)
  • 3+ years of experience with eMASS, eMASS STIG viewer
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in technical or management discipline. Equivalent certifications (CNSSI, NDU CISO, various military training) and/or additional experience (7+ years of) also apply.
  • Current IAT II level certification
  • Ability to apply for and obtain a DoD SECRET clearance
