Job Responsibilities:As a School Speech-Language Pathologist in Bethel, you will play a pivotal role in developing the communication skills of K-12 students. Your skilled intervention will help them overcome speech and language challenges and thrive academically. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess speech needs and identify growth areas for students based on academic impact.

Collaborating with key stakeholdersto develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.

Providing direct and indirect speech and language services to identified students.

Working closely with classroom teachers and other disciplines to meet students' speech and language needs.

Monitoring student progress through observations and data collection, allowing for any necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

Maintaining open and regular communication with caregivers, sharing updates, and offering strategies to promote continued growth at home.

Qualifications:

School-based and/or pediatric experience working with K-12th grade children.

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

Valid PA SLP license from the Pennsylvania Board of Speech-Language Pathologists.

Valid PA Education Specialist Certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education
