If you’re passionate about Agile methodologies and have a background in SAP as an analyst or product owner, this could be the perfect role for you.Your future duties and responsibilities:The Sr. Business Analyst / Product Owner will be responsible for prioritizing the product backlog, and coordinating with stakeholders and development teams to deliver value from the implementation of SAP financial modules in the pharmaceutical client’s SAP Hana environment.The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering value in complex projects, with a focus on SAP and its financial module(s). The candidate will be an exemplary team player that can influence and negotiate decisions across all levels of the project to maximize value delivery.Future duties and responsibilities Backlog Management: Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that the team is working on tasks that align with the business objectives and deliver maximum value. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the Agile team. You will need to manage expectations, provide updates, and gather feedback. Team Facilitation: Assist your Agile team by removing obstacles, facilitating discussions, and helping the team make decisions. Product Planning: Work closely with the team to plan product releases. You will need to balance the needs of the stakeholders with the capacity of the team. SAP Financial Modules Implementation: Lead the team in implementing SAP Financial modules, including Group Reporting, Profit Center Accounting, and financial planning. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve the Agile processes within the team. This includes conducting retrospectives and implementing changes to increase the team’s efficiency. Collaboration: Work closely with the agile team, client stakeholders and where necessary, bring in our life science industry practice and account team, based in the Philadelphia metro area, to ensure alignment and collaboration. Develop and maintain broad and deep knowledge/ expertise on Client business and technology landscape with respect to engagements to ensure excellent delivery and contribute to a high level of client satisfaction. Participate in defining project change requests and ensure that they are properly documented for approval. Support business development and account management activities where needed.Required qualifications to be successful in this role:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. Business Analyst and/or Product Owner certification. PO Certification preferred.Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Product Owner is crucial. Experience with SAP Financial modules is a must. Experience in Group Reporting, Profit Center Accounting, and financial planning is also required. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus. Proven experience in delivering value in a complex project and/or agile delivery team.Skills: Strong knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum framework. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability and skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
