Sr Business Analyst (Real Estate)

What You Will Do:

• Elicit requirements internally and directly from our customers using interviews, observations, requirements workshops, document analysis, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, SIPOC diagrams, and task and workflow analysis
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
• Act as an advisor to SaaS platform customers, gaining a strong understanding of their challenges and needs and offering recommendations for technology solutions as required
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade offs between usability and performance needs

• 5 + years experience within the software development discipline, requirements gathering, analysis and design.
• Experience in residential real estate industry
• Strong oral and written communication skills with technical and business ability to communicate to all levels of staff, client and management.
• Residential real estate experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio and Office applications.
• Strong Systems Requirements, Systems Design and UML documentation skills
