The Senior Customer and Technical Solutions Specialist is a hybrid position combining Americas customer service activities as well as local QC/R&D support in our West Chester, PA facility. The role will entail supporting lab products inventory management, sales order processing, and accounts receivables, as well as the support the QC of CDMO produced AlloSeq kits and other R&D activities in our West Chester laboratory. The role includes liaising with cross-functional teams including technical support, sales, field application specialists, product managers, regulatory, quality, and operations.

Responsibilities:

Lab Products Inventory Management (West Chester)

Ordering Kits and Supplies (Intercompany and External)

Invoicing Customers

Accounts Receivable/Collections

Audit Support

Logistics Support (shipping backup to ensure business continuity)

QC/R&D support for inbound AlloSeq shipments from CDMO's

Perform experiments & analysis toward the development of new products and the improvement of existing products

Perform advanced troubleshooting of CareDx products to support technical support team

Perform instrument maintenance and calibration

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Biology or equivalent.

Experience working in Histocompatibility & Immunogenetics required

Experience with next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology required

Experience with PCR and other molecular techniques required

Ability to independently conduct experiments, analyze data and work effectively in a team setting

Demonstrated experience in Research or clinical lab setting

Effective interpersonal skills

Strong IT/computer skills

Proficiency in NetSuite preferred

This is an onsite position at CareDx Inc in West Chester, PA.An employee in this position may work in an environment, or visits facilities, in which safety, environmental and health concerns may demand constant attention. Adherence to the Corporate and/or Plant policies, rules, and regulations in these areas is required.
