Client MarketingWe are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing leader, who has a passion for driving company growth and growth of the individuals they lead. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing strategic omni-channel marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring, nurturing, engaging, and retaining customers. They will also have a deep understanding of marketing strategy, and experience in developing omnichannel briefs, seasonal GTM campaigns, and behavioral and lifecycle marketing triggers via marketing automation systems, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud. As the Senior Director of Customer Lifecycle Marketing, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering impactful marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing omnichannel briefs, executing seasonal GTM multi-channel campaigns, and managing campaigns focused on customer lifecycle.Key Responsibilities and Duties

Develop and implement a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy that enhances every stage of the customer journey, driving higher engagement and outcomes and delivering against the company’s overall marketing and product strategy, and business goals.

Develop omnichannel marketing briefs that include audience segmentation, insights, messaging, channels, testing, and measurement strategies to execute multi-faceted campaigns in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Plan and execute on key brand and marketing moments throughout the year to drive customer awareness, engagement, and retention

Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams like sales, client success, product, analytics, and MarTech to establish and maintain strong working relationships. Empower sales and client success teams with marketing collateral to support their efforts.

Develop appropriate departmental measurements and key performance indicators (KPIs) based on overall business goals.

Supervise a team of experienced marketing professionals and set goals and objectives to ensure the achievement of department results.

Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure that the team is working within financial constraints.

Career Level9PLRequired Qualifications:Experience in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, preferably in the financial industry.Preferred Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, omnichannel briefs, seasonal GTM multi-channel campaigns, and retention marketing - including behavioral and/or lifecycle triggers.

Experience developing MarTech stack, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CDP.

Experience leading and managing a team of marketing professionals.

Proven track record of driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills.

#LI-DV1Base Pay Range: $123,800/yr. - $206,300/yr.Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
