ROLE SUMMARYAs part of the Chief Marketing Organization U.S. the Sr. Director of Media Partnerships and Innovation will be part of the Performance Marketing team. The role will be responsible for cultivating, negotiating, and managing relationships of our key media partners to increase performance, reach target audiences, and drive business growth. This individual will also be responsible for leading media innovation initiatives exploring and implementing cutting-edge technologies, emerging trends, and creative approaches to enhance the effectiveness of media campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with an understanding of media, brand, healthcare marketing, and a proven track record of collaborating across multiple groups.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and evaluate potential media partners that align with our goals and audiences.

Develop JBP's that align with our objectives and drive performance and value from our partners.

Identify Alpha and Beta opportunities for brands and coordinate learning agendas.

Working with partners to support or In-House efforts.

Lead upfront negotiations with media, data, and tech partners.

Help establish (KPIs) for media partnerships and monitor performance against set benchmarks.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media partners, serving as the point of contact.

Analyze data and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of partnership activities.

Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership activities with broader business strategies.

Ensure seamless integration of media partnership initiatives into overall marketing plans.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

BA/BS required

15+ years of agency or client-side experience (Healthcare expertise preferred but not required)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Familiarity with various media channels, partners, and emerging platforms.

Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on partnership performance.

Experience working and leading relationships with partners, agencies, In-House, and Brand teams

Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team-based environment.

Strong communications skills, and ability to translate concepts for a wide variety of audiences.

Understanding of media measurement norms, evolving landscape, and industry standards

Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

Additional Job Information:Last Date to Apply: February 2, 2024The annual base salary for this position ranges from $191,300.00 to $309,600.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
