Overview This position will have a critical role in designing data management solutions, elevating delivery models and the adoption of the Dev Ops toolchain throughout Issuer Services Technology (IST). The individual will be instrumental in developing long term data management strategies that are aligned with Enterprise objectives and significantly improve the Issuer Services Business performance/stability. He/She will continue to promote and drive our technology and business teams towards Agile adoption and ultimately transformation. The candidate will expand upon the established partnerships within the Issuer Services Business, Operations and Shared Services teams to develop long term strategies focused on resiliency, risk mitigation and platform stability. He/She will provide solutions that ultimately provide a path for IST infrastructure to remain in an Evergreen state, leveraging continuous development practices and agile methodologies. This role will be instrumental in the manual to automated process objectives, providing the dedicated support, oversight, and management needed to achieve business and operational goals. To accomplish the long-term Issuer Services Business, Operations and Technology strategies a dedicated Senior Leader is required. Manage the Issuer Services Shared Technology (IST) Teams (Quality Assurance, Database Administration, Business Experience)

Develop tactical and strategic plans to address service gaps associated with IST Shared Services and build scalable solutions
Further refine the use of Dev Ops tools to streamline delivery and support
Instrumental in developing long term Data management strategies that are aligned with Enterprise objectives and reduce overhead on individual systems/applications
Define quality Database Management processes/procedures that are scalable to support the needs of our Issuer Services Business Partners
Elevate the Quality Assurance Team-s ability to improve automation, unit, and regression testing
Partner with internal Technology and Business Teams to execute Agile Transformation

Manages multiple application development projects for one or several business segments, including all phases of the systems development and implementation process. Provides analysis, design, development, testing and ongoing support for the client area application systems in an environment of diverse development platforms, computing environments, software, hardware, technology, tools, etc Works collaboratively with business partners on technology solutions that have a significant revenue or cost impact, oversees the development and implementation of multiple application systems and identifies resource requirements to ensure best practice development techniques. Works collaboratively with business partners in defining, developing, and implementing technology solutions that have impact on improving the business. Oversees the development and implementation of multiple application systems. Defines resource requirements and allocations, monitors and improves quality, and ensures best practice development techniques. Ensures the availability, integrity and stability of production systems by identifying appropriate resources to manage all systems and having a process in place to respond quickly to problems. Manages and forecasts operating budget within the approved plan.Communicates timely and accurate project-related information to relevant parties.Acts as an advocate for change management, encourages innovation and creativity in technology solutions.Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team. Manages multiple development teams. Contributes to the achievement of multiple teams' objectives.

Advanced degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
12 + years of experience in systems analysis and program development with related supervisory, management and administrative experience required
Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
