Sr Manager, Global Benefits Operations

What success looks like in this role:Global health, well-being, retirement and other benefits strategies, including plan design, vendor selection/management, communication/education, and compliance.

Configuration and implementation experience with Workday Benefits and Absence.

Deliver effective education and communication strategies, as needed.

Partner with Global HR Shared Services, IT, HRIS teams to ensure efficient use and widespread knowledge of systems.

Oversee annual enrollments and communications globally.You will be successful in this role if you have:

8 years of benefits experience, including plan design, cost analysis, and program administration.

2+ years' experience with Workday Benefits including configuration and maintenance.

Comprehensive understanding of benefits packages, claims analysis, policies, and compliance requirements.

Experience with implementation of Workday and project management.

Analytical, detail-oriented problem-solver with critical thinking skills.

Partnership mentality with executives and all other internal partners.

Communication skills with ability to translate the complex to understandable and simple delivery.
