Our Client, a leader in the financial investment industry, has an immediate need for a Sr. Manager Marketing Operations. The position is located in Pittsburgh, PA and is a full time permanent position. Ideal candidates must have 5-7 years of marketing experience and expert level experience with Seismic CRM. Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of marketing specialists dedicated to the efficient production of recurring, data-driven marketing deliverables as well as standardized and customized presentations.
  • Train and develop team members to build deep expertise in various Content Management Systems platforms, including Seismic, in order to ensure efficient distribution of maintenance work and the execution of routine processes.
  • Manage legacy processes while migrating to new solutions, sometimes running both legacy and new solutions in parallel.
  • Work in conjunction with internal stakeholders across Marketing IT and Distribution to develop a roadmap for optimizing the Content Management System ecosystem stack.
  • Collaborate across various marketing teams to identify and build out both business and functional requirements for new systems and/or current system enhancements.
  • Review, analyze and recommend new technologies to support critical marketing efforts.
  • Assess and make recommendations regarding the use of sales enablement technologies to replace legacy systems.
  • Manage the Seismic production and content management platforms, including both the design of the content library as well as the ongoing monitoring of content to ensure that marketing staff adheres to publication deadlines.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing managers across the division to flexibly deploy team personnel to support quarterly/monthly production processes.
  • Collaborate with peers in London to manage the sales enablement process of US specific content for London- managed strategies and funds.
  • Continually enhance data fluency, analyzing data sources employed in the production of presentations and marketing literature. Identify and implement best available data sources. Work with IT and vendors to integrate.
QualificationsTechnical Skills:
  • Marketing or Produce Management experience - 5-7 years required
  • Microsoft PowerPoint and Seismic CRM - Expert level experience required
  • Marketing automation technologies: Adobe Experience Cloud, Marketo, Seismic - required
  • Experience integrating marketing technologies with Sales Force CRM preferred.
  • Experience mentoring, coaching or managing staff preferred
  • Experience with industry data providers: Morningstar, FactSet, eVestment, Bloomberg, Barclays, etc. -preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of the investment management industry and major trends around products, competitors, intermediaries and distributors required; Institutional asset management marketing experience - preferred
Education:
  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications or Journalism OR other degree with financial services industry experience - required
  • MBA or advanced education specific to investment management or Marketing operations - preferred
