Sr. Program Manager with Logistics & Supply Chain

Role: Sr. Program Manager with Logistics & Supply Chain Location: Pittsburg, PA Duration: Full time Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Program Manager will play a strategic role by overseeing and coordinating various projects, products, and other strategic initiatives. In this role, the individual will define and supervise different projects at the same time and will assess the impact of each, decide priorities, set milestones, and ensure completion within established budget and timeframe. The Senior Program Manager will perform multiple duties associated with our current offshore leaders to facilitate the effective management of all critical programs within the organization's standards. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide strategic guidance on multiple stakeholders (clients and COEs) Department programs and their projects
• Establish program goals, objectives and monitor project outcomes
• Lead and manage programs to ensure best practices and operational guidelines are upheld around methodologies, processes, and tools to establish consistency across operations
• Assess risks and issues and take corrective measurements to ensure efficiency and project timelines
• Liaison with management and executives to set departmental and organization-wide goals
• Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams, management, and leadership to ensure optimizations in project
• Facilitate project management actions by identifying and assigning tasks, tracking progress, and resolving issues.
• Report progress of projects and corrective actions implemented to Management
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ or more years of program management and/or project management experience in transformation and integration and greenfield implementations in a technology environment
• Project Management related certifications (i.e. PMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner)
• Experience in cross-functional project/program initiatives, ensuring performance and execution are met while maintaining collaboration tools and techniques
• Independent discretion, judgement, and a proactive mindset
• Good knowledge of project management principles
• Ability to make proper business decisions within a timely manner
• Able to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management, productivity, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English
• Intermediate proficiency of Microsoft platforms and Teams/Slack
• Ability to support multiple time zones and the flexibility to work beyond standard business hours (if needed)

• Master's Degree in related field is a plus
• Ability to stay highly organized while multi-tasking
• Experience in an entrepreneurial environment
• Any Logistics related experience
