10+ years as a system support analyst within Pharma/Lifesciences Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects Work across multiple time zones to support USA and Europe Ability to work successfully with cross functional teams Experience with use of MS Office Tools e.g. PowerPoint, VISIO, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS 10+ years of Regulatory Information Management System (RIMS) Experience 10+ years of CSV (Computer System Validation) experience, knowledge of GxP Processes Ability to work within a fast-paced environment Excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation skills, and soft skills Responsible for meeting the software application service level agreements (SLAs) Serves the end-user business community and the governing corporate quality team, to ensure software solutions are well understood and fit for purpose Define and implement RIMS Help-desk policies, Implementation Standards, Training Content and methodology Maintains system performance and available up-time by performing system monitoring and analysis; troubleshooting system configuration issues; operating and system management; and escalating application problems to vendor Follows SDLC (Waterfall/Agile). Prepares, coordinates, and manages functional, user acceptance, validation and performance testing via paper based testing or test automation Secures systems by developing system access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; establishing and testing disaster recovery policies and procedures; completing back-ups; maintaining documentation Confers with vendors and services; develops, tests, evaluates, and install enhancements and new software Establishes system specifications (functional and technical) by analyzing access, information, and security requirements; designing business unit configurations Lead and coordinate specialized technical teams from business, vendor and various IT groups implementation projects Participates in or leads Incident Management and IT Change Management activities Support Data Migration and Data Integration activities Support resolution of any identified testing/data migration issues Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience. Nice to Have Regulatory Information Management System experience Salesforce certification is strongly desirable #LI-IST
