Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Tax detail oriented in Horsham, Pennsylvania. This role involves overseeing a range of tax-related activities and providing innovative tax planning and regulatory compliance support. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, incorporating both remote and in-office tasks.Responsibilities: Oversee all tax-related activities and ensure regulatory compliance Provide innovative tax planning and consulting services to a diverse range of clients Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations Offer guidance and support to less-experienced staff members Manage client relationships and ensure their tax compliance Collaborate with financial auditors when necessary Conduct research on tax-related issues and recommend solutions Participate in business development initiatives and identify opportunities for additional client services Prepare complex tax returns and provide tax planning services to clients Analyze and minimize tax liability through sound and informed application of laws and regulations Requirements Possess a minimum of five years of experience in a senior tax role within a public accounting firm Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems Demonstrated experience in performing Accounting Functions Proven expertise in Auditing and Compliance Experience in Entity Formation and Financial Statement preparation Strong knowledge of Public Accounting Tax and Public Accounting principles Proficiency in Corporate Income Tax, Complex Tax Return, Consolidated Tax Return, and Corporate Tax Return Experience in Estate Tax and Estate Tax Return preparation Strong knowledge of Federal Income Tax, Federal Income Tax Return, Fiduciary Income Tax Return, and Federal Taxes Proficiency in Income Tax Accounting and handling Income Tax Audits Experience in preparing Income Tax Return and Individual Tax Return Expertise in managing Multi-state Tax Returns Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong knowledge of tax codes and regulations Demonstrated integrity within a detail oriented environment.
