Description We are in search of a Staff Accountant to join our team based in BRIDGEVILLE, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be expected to apply your knowledge of general accounting principles to record transactions and provide analysis for the management. This role also involves assisting with month-end closing, maintaining fixed assets, processing sales and rental transactions, and administering taxes. Responsibilities: Assist with month-end closing procedures, including balance sheet reconciliations and Profit & Loss analysis. Oversee and maintain fixed assets, including setup, depreciation, and disposals. Process equipment sales and rental transactions accurately and efficiently. Administer sales and use tax, as well as real and personal property taxes. Record transactions and provide thorough business analysis for senior management. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed. Maintain accurate customer credit records. Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency. Travel occasionally for annual inventories to branch locations. Requirements Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Experience with Bank Reconciliations Familiarity with General Ledger management Ability to prepare and analyze Journal Entries Expertise in Month End Close procedures Knowledge of the NetSuite accounting software Experience with Oracle financial software Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software Familiarity with SAP financial software Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills Solid organizational and multi-tasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred.
