Responsibilities

  • Support all Stakeholder Process functions including but not limited to the following:
o Stakeholder meeting management and supporto Assist in stakeholder curriculum preparation and implementationo Maintain and analyze data associated with active Stakeholderso Draft, maintain and support resources for Stakeholders, Secretaries & Facilitatorso Support onboarding of new Stakeholder committees/groups within PJMo Maintain Stakeholder pages and Wired (internal Intranet)o Other tasks as identified

Skills and Abilities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail, analytical skills
  • Internal and external customer service
  • Ability to understand business needs, while establishing and maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Ability to utilize a questioning mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products required
  • Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, and Sitecore preferred
