Title: Stakeholder Process CoordinatorLocation: Audubon PAJob type: 24 + months ContractClient: Direct Client Required SkillsResponsibilities - Support all Stakeholder Process functions including but not limited to the following:
o Stakeholder meeting management and supporto Assist in stakeholder curriculum preparation and implementationo Maintain and analyze data associated with active Stakeholderso Draft, maintain and support resources for Stakeholders, Secretaries & Facilitatorso Support onboarding of new Stakeholder committees/groups within PJMo Maintain Stakeholder pages and Wired (internal Intranet)o Other tasks as identified Skills and Abilities- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, analytical skills
- Internal and external customer service
- Ability to understand business needs, while establishing and maintaining a high level of customer service
- Ability to utilize a questioning mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products required
- Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, and Sitecore preferred
