We are looking for talented, inspired individuals to join us to help drive a high-performance team and our commitment to excellence.As a Strategic Equipment Specialist your main Functions will be:managing the equipment relationship within an assigned list of contracted global accounts

Provides product recommendations, and quotations and secures sales paperwork for equipment orders within centralized contracted global accounts

Maintain records of all account activity within the sales database and communicates with CEs on a regular basis relative to activity, opportunities, and problems within assigned accounts.

Proactively develops new customer contacts, reviews lead, participates in customers business communication planning, and delivers RICOH solutions proposals as prescribed by sales management.

Organizes and implements post-sale delivery and implementation of RICOH hardware and hardware MPS-related solutions at customer locations. Acts as the primary point of contact for all sales paperwork.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field required. Previous major account management experience required.▪ Must be experienced in setting goals by defining and prioritizing specific, realistic objectives.▪ Must have proven track record by possessing 5-7 years of related experience; preferred 2-5 years sales experience.
