Substitute Secretaries Needed for West Mifflin Area Shool District andthe 2024-2025 School Year!Precision HR Solutions is partnered with the West Mifflin Area School District and searching for "Substitute Secretaries" to help fill in for school secretaries and administrative assistants during the 2024-2025 school year. If the candidates are already working part-time, these positions can often help fill in the gaps in the candidates' schedules. If the candidate is looking for full-time work, there may be temporary, full-time opportunities available to help cover a staff member's vacation(s) or leaves of absences. Otherwise, the best way to work full-time hours would be to consider adding substitute work in other areas or positions, such as a paraprofessional/aide or perhaps adding another nearby school district, such as West Jefferson Hills, South Allegheny or Brentwood. Act 126 Clearance (online Mandated Reporter training)

Arrest/Conviction Record form (Act 24) and Act 168 clearance (Precision will provide these forms for the candidates to complete)
