Description We are in search of a Surety Analyst/Administrative Assistant to join our team in the health insurance industry, based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. This role will involve managing and processing surety bonds needs for clients, facilitating information exchange, and maintaining accurate records. You will act as a liaison between clients, underwriters, and bondholders, ensuring all bond-related processes adhere to industry regulations.Responsibilities: Facilitate the efficient processing and management of clients’ daily surety bond needs, including reviewing bid specs and contracts accompanied by bond requests. Act as a vital part of the team, ensuring high levels of customer service through ongoing communication with clients, underwriters, and producers. Handle the administrative side of bond issuance and maintenance, supporting the work of underwriters and clients. Process bond endorsements and renewals as per client requests, ensuring changes to bond terms and conditions are accurately documented and communicated. Manage all administrative service delivery functions such as bond issuance, modifications, renewals, and cancellations. Enter relevant information into the bond processing system and maintain organized electronic files for all bond-related documents. Coordinate with underwriters to clarify any missing information or address concerns related to bond applications. Receive and review incoming bond applications from clients, verifying the completeness and accuracy of application forms and supporting documents. Ensure all bond-related processes adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
