IMG is seeking a full-time

Records Management Application Content Manager with Top Secret Clearance at our West Mifflin, PA or Schenectady, NY location.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the management and support of enterprise COTS applications to ensure their security and availability to users across the NNPP.
  • Set up, configure, monitor, and maintain the servers hosting COTS applications.
  • Planning and managing the product life-cycles of existing and new implementations, including application of periodic operating system and application patches.
  • Thorough documentation of processes, procedures, configurations, and test plans.
  • Collaboration with internal customers from various lines of business who are the functional owners of the COTS applications to assist with planning and implementing the integrations of their applications with other business processes and applications.
  • Collection and understanding of business requirements needed for successful implementation, including data mapping, data migration, and report development.
  • Collaboration with other IT professionals from specific areas of expertise including networking, physical and virtual server environments, database administration, and overall system architecture, as needed, in support of the COTS applications.

Qualifications

Clearance Required: Top Secret or DOE Q clearance required prior to consideration.

Experience Required:
  • Must meet one of the following combinations of education and experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Programming, Information Technology, or a related field and a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience;
    • or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Programming, Information Technology, or a related field and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
  • Previous experience with COTS application installation, configuration and maintenance
  • Experience supporting SAAS/Web applications that utilize Microsoft IIS and Windows Server OS
  • Demonstrated ability in both verbal and written forms of communication with colleagues in a teaming environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with diverse teams

Experience Desired:
  • Previous experience supporting document or records management applications (e.g., MicroFocus Content Manager/Control Point)
  • Experience supporting Apache Tomcat or similar web server technology on Windows Server or Linux OS.
  • Understanding and application of DISA STIGs on new COTS implementations for security hardening
  • Application development such as: Scripting, Integration/API development, Report Development (PowerBI or Crystal Reports) or data conversion work
  • Demonstrated experience in software programming, troubleshooting and problem resolution in one or more of C#, Visual Basic, JavaScript, SQL, or other related application development environments or languages
  • Broad knowledge of infrastructure (network and servers), services and security policies
