Job ProfileCAI is hiring! We are in immediate need of a Finance Systems Analyst. This is a contract to hire, hybrid opportunity. The

Finance Systems Analyst works as a part of the Finance Systems and Solutions team performing recurring system maintenance, daily task/ticket management/resolution, and support for projects related to Oracle EBS, Splash BI, and other financial data systems throughout our client. This position is responsible for defining requirements, executing project plans, coding fixes and enhancements, documenting corporate system processes/procedures and supporting corporate users in day-to-day operations. Candidates must be commutable to Mechanicsburg, PA; King of Prussia, PA; or Addison, TX.

Due to our end client, candidates must be eligible to work in the US without a need for sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities
  • Configuration, migration, troubleshooting, testing, performance tuning, and administration of several different applications
  • Providing support for all areas of application maintenance, backups, data loads, metadata updates, report development and publishing, and guided application development
  • Translating business requirements into technical (system) requirements
  • Programming/coding enhancements and changes into different systems (with training provided) using PL/SQL
  • Organizing and documenting project development plans (requirements, design, change management, etc.)
  • Identifying and documenting opportunities for business and technical process improvement
  • Techno/functional skills to support tier II/III tickets

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Computer Science, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of applicable experience with PL/SQL, including stored procedures and packages
  • Oracle EBS experience is a plus
  • Extensive Experience with Excel, SQL scripting
  • Understanding of basic finance and accounting principles
  • Understanding of SDLC

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, MBA, Computer Science or related field
  • Direct experience working with and administering Oracle EBS
  • Direct experience working with SplashBI
  • Business process architect/analyst
  • Project Management Skills

Physical Demands
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor
