Job responsibilities include making of masas-( both corn and flour,) making corn tortillas in quantity fresh daily, making flour tortillas weekly , as well as sopes and empanadas. Helping with vegetable prep , putting orders away and keeping the tortilleria

immaculate are some of the other job responsibilities that go with this dynamic position that we are VERY eager to fill . The pay will be in accordance with experience . .

Must have prior restaurant experience and experience making tortillas/ masa from scratch.
