The Talent Acquisition Growth Director will primarily be responsible for overseeing the sourcing and recruitment operations at IT Pros to ensure successful client hires.Additional Responsibilities:Develop new businessConduct client recruitment intake meetingsRequest, gather, organize, and distribute all client information to the research and sourcing teamsAssign job orders to sourcing team members based on availability and workloadProvide advice and feedback to sourcing team membersConduct phone or video screening calls with candidate prospectsUpload and organize insights and intelligence from screening calls to our CRMConduct interview prep, debrief, and offer negotiations Successfully deliver, at minimum, 12 hires per year with a target of 24+ hires annuallySuccessfully open, at minimum, 3 new clients per quarter with a target of 12+ new clients annually
