Role: Technical Documentation WriterPhiladelphia, PA (Hybrid Work) FullTime Responsibilities:Works with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the processes and the documentation requirements.Produces high-quality easy to understand materials (policies and procedures, training materials guidelines) that meet applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.Analyzes and update existing and potential content to best meet with needs of the appropriate teams while maintaining continuity of style of content.Creates and/or maintain library of training material for all applications.Develops and deliver technical training programs according to department requirements, determining course content according to objectives, executing training sessions, webinars, workshops etc.Determine overall effectiveness of documentation and training programs.organizing various training sessions for all new employees and providing tests to evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs.IT trainers are also responsible for the design of online site courses and the execution of training programs for all information technology processes.collaborate with the project manager to prepare project requirements and schedule for training.analyzing software releases, developing a course curriculum for its demonstrations and providing required training for the same.Requirement:Bachelor’s degree preferredProven working experience as technical documentation writer and functional trainer.Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and visuals.Strategic thinker with the ability to see larger picture to drive impact in fast-changing, employee-centric environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills to present to large groups of people at a time.Skillful in using presentation tools such as handouts, PowerPoint presentations, virtual software, and videos to make effective and engaging presentations.Proficient in video editing and apply voice over to training material.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
