Title: Trader Company: Range Resources Requisition ID: 5001052411906 Job Type: Full Time Description: Position Summary: Position is Responsible for executing the Bid Week strategies through Physical Gas Trading, Optimization of Pipeline Capacity and Origination of New Customer Relationships as brought into our sales portfolio by the Origination Team. Individuals in this position will be responsible for sales across multiple pipelines and will be accountable for transacting around those points to generate the most revenue possible for Range. Candidates in this position will have an expertise of the markets in which they transact. The will be expected to generate creative concepts to generate more revenue for Range while minimizing any volume curtailments Responsibilities: Execute specific sales for volumes produced in the following month as well as in the next day market as planned by the overall trading strategy. This position will be focused on selling across several pipelines and will be expected to analyze and pursue capacity release opportunities to improve our transportation capacity portfolio. Maintain acceptable imbalance positions as set forth by the trading strategy in conjunction with the scheduling team. Adhere to all Internal Range Controls to Insure Compliance with all Credit and Risk Policies - SOX documents Develop strategic relationships with several different customers. Follow and Abide by all FERC Rules and Regulations pertaining to Trading of Natural Gas Generate sales strategies around their area of focus for the morning Strategy Meetings that provide an uplift in revenue for Range's production. Data entry and verification of Trade Deals into Ranges Trading System - Allegro. Responsible for seeing their sales transactions through to from execution to payment and being the point of contact for any questions or concerns regarding their transactions.
