Administer and monitor P-Card card program

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for employees/contractors related to T&E

Manage key relationships with bank to ensure continuous functioning of T&E processes

Perform period-close activities related to T&E including (but not limited to) account reconciliations, rebate processing, and audit support

Ensure compliance with all T&E policies and procedures and escalate non-compliance as needed

Bachelor's Degree preferred

2+ years of relevant accounts payable experience / travel expense experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: (Examples below)

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Strong organizational skills

Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

The noise level in the work environment is generally quiet.

Sedentary physical activity requiring reaching, sifting, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking and hearing.
