CEI’s Fortune 30 Client in Media and Telecommunications is looking for a Triage Support Analyst that will be responsible for triaging issues that customers submit into their ticketing system.

Job at a glance:Long term contract with potential for extension and/or permanent placement$25-30/hr W2 + optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)Hybrid schedule in downtown Philadelphia. Tuesday-Thursday with on call for once a week for one to two months.

Day to Day:
  • Strongly Looking for candidates that are local to Philadelphia and can come in T-Thursday, but open to a strong virtual candidate.
  • Handling all escalations through Jira or IOP, emails or flex. They will go through and fix any issues that come through and escalate if needed.

Top Nonnegotiable skills:
  • Background with some kind of Data investigation work (Data workflows, attention to detail, cybersecurity, log tracing, triaging)
  • Excellent communication skills

Other Requirements:
  • Open to people out of school with technology background or 2 years’ experience without degree.
  • Looking for someone that can resolve issues from start to finish and see them through. Not a networking job or help desk.
  • Looking for tier 3 production support, triage
  • Familiarity with any scripting languages
  • Jira or ServiceNow is a plus.
  • ElasticSearch is a plus.
