Robert Half Marketing & Creative has a client in need of a UX Designer with 7 years of Mobile experience! This is a 6 month long consulting assignment that has potential to extend and can be done remotely (normal business hours, EST). You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and lead the visual design team. This role participates in all phases of a product, from discovery to delivery to iteration. While sitting among fellow Designers and overseeing the UX (Visual) Designs, this role collaborates and sits together with the product team along with business stakeholders, engineers and developers building the product.Responsibilities will include:- Oversee multiple programs and product work streams
- Holistic Experience Design UX is much bigger than UI, must be focused on the Customer Experience
- Focus on the modern products which will include multiple different UI (web, mobile, desktop, app, television) as well as other customer touch points (email, customer support, notification, online storage integration, and offline services)
- Prototyping, must have an understanding that prototypes are a far more accurate representation of intent than wireframes or screenshots as they are able to capture many other aspects of the full user experience
- Create both low and high-fidelity prototypes, and use prototypes as primary canvas for communicating ideas both internally and externally
- User Testing and testing ideas with real users & customers
- Visual Design including things like composition, typography and how the visual brand is expressed
- Interaction design generally including things like the underlying conceptual models, task flows and control layouts to manipulate concepts
