Description
One of our retail clients is seeking a Senior User Experience (UX) Researcher to collaborate with their visual design team on a mobile app for their customers and users. This role will participate in all phases of the product, from discovery to delivery and iteration.Responsibilities:- Conduct expert interviews, contextual inquiries, field study, surveys, and other qualitative and quantitative research.
- Collaborate with UX lead to develop research and test plans which translate research goals into questions.
- Recruit qualified participants, coordinate tests/research, transcribe interviews, synthesize data, conduct analysis, and generate reports.
- Define user interaction and user interfaces through user-flows, information architecture, sketches, and wireframes.
- Translate wireframes into sophisticated UI designs that appeal to target audiences.
- Identify opportunities to improve the end user experience.
- Create UI style guides, UI kits, and clickable prototypes as needed.
Requirements 4+ years of experience in UX Research and data analysis using qualitative tools.Proven experience and understanding of current and emerging methods for design research and the externalization of consumer patterns. Extensive experience in advocating for the observed customer experience and brining the customer to the forefront of design solutions. Strong knowledge of design thinking methods and the design of experiments. Solid ability to work cross-functionally in a multi-functional and globally based organization.
