You’ll be the person who’s got the vision to take this already powerful operation and crank it up to 11. We need someone who knows content inside and out and can create strategies that not only meet client needs but challenge the status quo in the best way possible.Your role is to lead from the front—managing multiple content leads, each in charge of their own therapeutic area, as well as their teams of writers and designers. This isn’t just about keeping the train on the tracks. It’s about steering the entire creative engine toward breakthrough ideas, seamless processes, and work that gets noticed.ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Be Doing:

Lead with Purpose: You’ll oversee a group of content leads and their teams across therapeutic areas, ensuring we deliver high-quality, creatively-driven assets that drive results for our clients. More than that, you'll nurture an environment where creativity can thrive—even when things get complicated.

Own the Creative Vision: From the big picture down to the tiniest detail, you’ll guide the creative output of the content hub. You'll push boundaries, making sure every asset we create is aligned with our clients’ strategies while standing out from the noise.

You’ll work closely with account, strategy, PM, medical, and technology partners to optimize how we work together, creating a well-oiled machine that delivers on time, every time. You'll also be the bridge between our agency and AOR partners—making sure collaboration runs smoothly, creative visions are aligned, and we're all working toward a unified goal.

Client Whisperer: You’re comfortable being client-facing and love the challenge of tough conversations. You know how to guide clients through the creative process, offering solutions that are smart, strategic, and sometimes unexpected—while building trust and respect along the way.

Platform Savvy: We need someone who’s comfortable with content strategy and copy, but also gets how tech and platforms work. You’ll need to understand the systems and tools that support high-volume content production and keep us at the forefront of industry innovations.

QualificationsWhat You’ll Bring:

A minimum of 10 years leading creative teams—healthcare, pharma, or not, we care about how you think and how you lead.

A deep understanding of content strategy, copywriting, and the creative process.

Experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams across multiple therapeutic areas, with a clear vision for how to keep things running smoothly.

A collaborative mindset. You know how to partner with cross-functional teams to bring out the best in every project, including working closely with AOR agencies to align creative strategies and processes.

A cool head in client-facing situations, especially when the stakes are high and the conversations are tough.

A relentless curiosity about the healthcare space, always looking for new ways to push the envelope and create work that matters.
