Job Description

The Mission:

Our QualStage platform was designed by a team of expert market research professionals with experience spanning across operations, technology, and compliance. In addition to this team, we are looking for a leading global expert in remote Qualitative research. The VP of Sales, QualStage will champion, pitch, and sell QualStage across a defined target base. Duties include engaging with current and prospect clients, involvement in business development marketing campaigns, and future product development across the global organization. This is the ideal role for someone who is driven by their own success, a strong networker, an effective communicator, and passionate about online Qualitative platforms.

This is an active outside sales role for a strong hunter, networker, and effective closer.

  • Drive QualStage product awareness across M3 GR client base by championing QualStage.
  • Prospect and sell QualStage working in tandem with the Global Sales team by developing sales strategies for both marketing approaches, prospecting, and partnership building while maintaining our high-quality standards.
  • Support maintenance of existing business by managing contracts and cross-sell opportunities; develop insightful proposals; deliver strategic sales communications and consulting with clients on QualStage engagements.
  • Seek out and source new clients by developing networks and independently identifying and developing relevant resources for sales and business development.
  • Manage bid/RFP requests and ensure proper and timely delivery.
  • Schedule and conduct internal and external project kick off calls, to discuss the scope and background details with QualStage project delivery teams.
  • Attend client meetings to consult on M3GR’s QualStage capabilities, features, and future needs.
  • Consult with Marketing for QualStage material execution for internal and client audiences across all mediums including social media and business development campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Engineering colleagues to ensure top level client experience in all cases of client interactions from delivery to needs assessments and future roadmap.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, developing and implementing high-impact thought leadership communications that demonstrate the value and relevance product features and future roadmap.
  • Maintain personal financial goals, delivering on target revenue and profit per quarter.

Qualifications

  • Qualitative market research experience required
  • Business development experience required. Proven business development experience in direct sales with above $2.5M individual goal (yearly)
  • 3+ years of software selling experience a plus.
  • Team-selling experience a plus.
  • Strong aptitude for relationship management and business development.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
  • The ability to effectively present information to clients, employees, and management.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills; the ability to quickly solve problems as they present as well as proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
  • A self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and self-discipline.
