Piper Enterprise Solutions is searching for a VOIP Operations Manager for a healthcare company in Philadelphia, PA. This is a hybrid position.Responsibilities for VOIP Operations Manager: • Manage all aspects of the communication projects for a number of company locations • Serve as a liaison for all telecom carriers, and help manage over 200 locations with a team of 2 direct reportsQualifications for VOIP Operations Manager: • 7+ years of experience working in VoIP operations or telecom projects • 5 years of experience working with telecommunication providers (AT&T, Verizon, etc.) • Experience with Cisco technologies is strongly preferred • Background leading and coordinating projects • Management experience in strongly desired • Enterprise voice system knowledge, and ability to take on any telecom project and run with itCompensation/Benefits for VOIP Operations Manager: • Hybrid work environment (2X per week onsite) • $110,000-$115,000, Full-Time • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k
