Warehouse Operations Associate - $18

Daylight hours M-F 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. After a 60-day probation and training period, the Associate may be eligible for company-paid benefits to include: health, vacation, and retirement.

The Warehouse Operations Associate will perform duties related to product manufacturing and quality control. The associate will be trained in the processes and guidelines required for safe practices in daily operations. These duties will require the use of hand and power tools used for grinding, drilling, cutting, cleaning, and assembly of small iron and steel castings for packaging and shipping.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Safely and accurately load/unload freight, utilizing pallet jacks or forklifts.

Detail-oriented and can successfully perform quality control on parts received/shipped.

Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. (often repetitively)

Ability to perform basic math functions and accurately process and package orders.

Able to read, write and comprehend simple instructions in English.

Self-Motivated and able to work independently or in small teams with minimal supervision.

Able to maintain a clean and safe work area.

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to summer/winter temperature changes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail, with experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Ability to weld is a plus.
