We are currently seeking a ERP Senior Specialist to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US). Job Description: 8 years of experience in IT Profile should have erstwhile handled Customer facing roles. Should have handled specialist role in Assurance responsibility. Should have experience with Assurance of Workday Human Capital Management Good communication skill needed for business coordination. Coordinating with client IT team and business user during QA cycle coordination Mentor and support QA team Planning of the QA testing activities, co-ordinate with QA team and monitor process compliance. Comprehensive system knowledge of Workday HCM Interfaces, Reports, Screens and Infrastructure. Tools Experience UFT, Selenium Automation experience with Selenium or UFT for regression testing on Workday HCM Required skillset: Workday HCM human resource management, recruitment, Benefit, talent Management, Timekeeping, and Performance Management Responsible for End to End to Delivery of QA activities for Workday HCM Define the Operational Process for each phase and manage Quality records Play an active role in ensuring projects are delivered in time with highest standard and Testing. Quality assurance project of business-critical End user and Corporate facing applications Person will work as Workday QA Lead and coordinate with senior level IT manager and business user. Person will have opportunity to work in highly visible IT project.
