Brewed Awakenings Store Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our growing team at Brewed Awakenings. We are seeking an applicant that can lead and motivate a staff of 15-20 employees in all aspects of our day to day operations. Responsibilities will include scheduling, training staff, and working with the team on a day to day basis, while meeting weekly payroll budget and goals. Ordering and maintaining inventory while meeting monthly COG goals and ensuring employees are following all recipes and procedures. Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring our guests are satisfied every time they visit Brewed. We are looking for someone with 2+ years management experience in the restaurant/cafe industry that is passionate about their career.

Daytime hours, rotating days/weekends, 55k-60k. 50% contribution to Healthcare, 3% matching simple plan, PTO.
